Who we are
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are issued by Pixie Dust Wanderlust, a sole trader trading as Pixie Dust Wanderlust (“we”, “us”, “our”), of 134 Park Street, Grimsby, Lincolnshire, DN32 7NT, United Kingdom. We operate the website https://pixiedustwanderlust.co.uk (the “Site”) and the Pixie Dust Planner app (the “App”), together the “Services”.
Last updated: 10 August 2026
By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Services.
1. What we offer
Pixie Dust Wanderlust provides Disneyland Paris travel planning content, guides, and digital products, including the Magic Trip Starter Kit and the Pixie Dust Planner app. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to The Walt Disney Company or Disneyland Paris. All bookings you make through third parties (hotels, Disneyland Paris, travel providers) are subject to those providers’ own terms.
2. Intellectual property
All content on the Site and in the App — text, guides, graphics, design, and the App itself — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial trip planning. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our content without our written permission.
3. Accounts
Using the App requires creating an account. You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for anything that happens under your account. Let us know straightaway at support@pixiedustwanderlust.co.uk if you think your account has been compromised. You must be at least 18 to create an app account; if you’re planning a trip on behalf of family members, including children, you do so as the account holder and are responsible for the accuracy of any information you enter about them.
4. The Pixie Dust Planner app
The App is built on the Stencil platform and offers two ways to access it:
- One-time unlock: a single payment that gives you permanent access to the core App.
- Passport (subscription): an optional recurring subscription giving access to additional features, billed on the cycle shown at checkout.
We may update, add to, or remove features of the App over time. We’ll try to give reasonable notice of any change that materially reduces what’s available to you.
The App’s recommendations (hotel suggestions, itinerary ideas, and similar) are guidance based on the information you provide — they’re not a guarantee of availability, pricing, or suitability, and you should always confirm details directly with Disneyland Paris or your chosen provider before booking.
5. Payment
Website purchases are processed by Mollie via WooCommerce. App purchases and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We don’t see or store your full card details. Prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise and include VAT where applicable.
6. Cancellations and refunds
One-off digital purchases (such as the Starter Kit or the App’s one-time unlock): as a consumer, you have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Because these are digital products delivered instantly, this right ends as soon as you begin downloading or accessing the content, provided you’ve given your express consent to this at checkout and acknowledged that you lose your cancellation right by doing so. If you haven’t accessed the content, you can cancel within 14 days for a full refund.
Passport subscriptions: you can cancel at any time via your account settings or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future payments; your access continues until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. We don’t offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period, except where required by law.
Faulty digital content: under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If the App is faulty or doesn’t work as described, contact us and we’ll repair it or provide a replacement within a reasonable time. If that’s not possible, you’re entitled to a price reduction or refund.
The UK is introducing new subscription contract rules under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, expected to take effect from spring 2027. We’ll update this section — and how Passport works — ahead of that change.
7. Prohibited use
You agree not to: use the Services for anything unlawful; attempt to access accounts or data that aren’t yours; reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the App or its content; or post content that’s abusive, defamatory, or infringes anyone else’s rights.
8. Reviews and user content
If you leave a review or send us feedback, you confirm it’s honest and your own, and you give us permission to use it (including in our marketing) without payment to you. We may remove content that breaches these Terms.
9. Third-party links and affiliate disclosure
Our Site and App may link to third-party websites, including affiliate links (Awin, TradeDoubler, and the Amazon Associates programme). We may earn a commission from qualifying purchases, at no extra cost to you. See our Disclaimer for more. We’re not responsible for third-party sites’ content or practices.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else the law doesn’t allow us to limit. Beyond that, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from your reliance on trip-planning suggestions rather than confirming details with the relevant provider. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
11. Ending your account
You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the revised version here with an updated date; continuing to use the Services after that means you accept the changes.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales. If you’re a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in your local courts.
