Digital Products
All products currently offered through this website are digital downloads delivered electronically. These include, but are not limited to: • Planning toolkits • Downloadable printables • Checklists, cheatsheets, and other travel resources
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of digital content, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any digital products.
Refund Policy for Digital Products
In line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, digital content is non-refundable once: • You have been granted access to the download or product file, and • You have provided express consent to receive the content immediately, thereby waiving your right to cancel.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
We do not offer refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Duplicate purchases
• Failure to download before access expires
• Incompatibility with your device or software (unless the file is faulty)
Exceptions for Technical Issues
If you experience a genuine technical issue accessing or downloading your product, you must contact us within 7 days of your purchase at support@pixiedustwanderlust.co.uk. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem or provide a replacement download where appropriate.
Physical Products (If Applicable)
Currently, we do not sell any physical goods. If this changes in future (e.g., with the introduction of subscription boxes or printed materials), the following terms will apply: • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at the customer’s expense • Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of returned items • Certain personalised or time-sensitive items may be non-returnable

Subscription Products (If Applicable)
If we offer subscription products in the future: • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time but will not be refunded for the current billing period once access to content has been delivered • Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not retroactively refund prior charges
